What's your warranty?

It is our primary priority that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your product and are in any way dissatisfied with it, please send it back in unworn condition and we'd be happy to resolve the issue in a timely, proactive way. Our goal is to build lifetime relationships with customers whom we can share the beauty and pride of our craft with. If you are at any time displeased with a technical aspect of your wallet, we'd like for you to contact us as well. We offer re-stitching and refurbishment of Pierpont Leather items as well. Please contact us.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the USA for free via USPS priority (2-3 day delivery.) If you would like arrangements to be made with Federal Express, DHL or another courier, please email us before you order.

Most international orders will ship for $10, via USPS Priority International, with tracking. (7-8 day delivery.)

All international exotic orders will require an additional processing fee for CITES compliant paperwork. (except for Ostrich.) Domestic orders are exempt from this requirement and all fees associated with it.

Who makes your products?

We do. Completely by hand, in our Dallas, Texas workshop - from raw material to finished product. All of our products are completely bespoke and made to order. For this reason, we have an average of a 2-4 week wait time on all non-exotic orders. Exotic orders have a minimum of a 4 week wait time for international orders, as they require paperwork and CITES document processing.

Why do you not show the color combinations available for your products?

We currently offer an assortment of colors and options that allow close to a quarter of a million different color combinations for each product (not including exotic options). That being said, there are ways that nearly guarantee that your order turns out well. But we should first assure you that all of the photos and swatches on this site were taken on the same day, in the same lighting conditions, under daylight-balanced lighting.  

Will you special-order certain leathers and colors for my order?

Yes, absolutely - please contact us to place a completely bespoke order. We will do our best to source the leather you had in mind, at a small cost.

 

Can you make custom bags, covers, or cases?

Yes, we regularly take completely bespoke orders. If you have an idea for a custom order, and would like to commission us - please email info@pierpontleather.com - we'd be happy to provide an initial estimate. Please keep in mind that bespoke orders and special order leathers require a lot of extra time and information. We handle these projects with extra care and attention, and their prices will reflect that. We are currently holding a wait list for completely bespoke orders.

Do you service Pierpont Leather items?

Yes, please send us an email for information on our servicing fees before shipping your item to us. 

Do you repair non-Pierpont Leather items?

No, we are not educated or invested in the tools required to mend broken pieces. We do not make recommendations, either.
